I wear a a 10 1/2 D. The soles of these shoes are narrower than the soles on my New Balance shoes. However, the foot fits comfortably in the upper portion of the shoe, I also use insoles. My podiatrist attached a support on the bottom of the insole for the right foot for an ulcerated foot condition on the ball of the foot. Even with the addition of the insoles, the shoe still fits comfortably even though, as mentioned, the sole is narrower than the upper portion with the foot and insole in it.I have not yet had an occasion to wear them all day, so I chose the couple hours option for how long can you wear them comfortably?Anyone reading this should defer to purchasers with experience wearing them all day for a more accurate assessment of the product.   Review by shamrock
